- Who is building the company? Founder background, team composition, and leadership maturity.
- Methodology / Marketing
- What problem is being solved? Product-market fit and scalability.
- Market access
- Can it grow beyond a local play to regional or global markets?
- Mentoring
- Who is guiding the founders? Are they listening to people sharper than them?
- Money
- How much have the founders invested, what was raised in the FFF round, and who are the other institutional backers?
